The exercise library has well over 100 exercises! Your program will automatically take you through all of the at-home exercises within about 3 months. This variety will challenge your muscles while keeping you entertained.

Occasionally, you may come across a daily exercise that doesn't work for you. Maybe your doctor's recommendations include avoiding lying on your back, for example. In that case, you can go to the exercise library and select another exercise. The library is very easy to use, and you can search for exercises by body part that will be worked, as well as whether you'd like to work out at home or in a gym.

In the exercise library, as in your daily workouts, you only need to hover over a photo in order to see a demonstration of the exercise. This ensures that you can always use correct form, thus protecting your joints.
